All well and good for him, but if I call him and say "get down here and fix my computer again, and do it right this time so I can work for more than 3 minutes at a time without getting some bullshit error", he runs screaming and crying to the HR director. Here's a clue, dickhead. If you're rude to me, I'll be rude to you. And, unlike you, I have to deal with the public (with a smile), so I have a lot of pent up aggression and I assure you my rude is going to be a whole lot more uncomfortable for you that yours will be for me.
